The Notes tab displays notes associated with the Type.

·         Accuracy Notes – The accuracy statement for this Type. It is carried forward to the Asset and can used when opening new Work Orders.

·         Receiving Notes – Special receiving instructions used to prompt the user when this type of Asset is received. Normally they would indicate special conditions such a specific leads, parts, or manuals needed in order to perform service on this Type.

·         Uncertainty Notes – Uncertainty notes which are carried forward to the Asset and used when opening new Work Orders.

·         Type Notes – General notes about the Type. These are primarily used as reference for the technician.
