The Resolution tab is for recording the resolution to the problem.

Approved By –
The user that approved the resolution for the problem.

Approved Date –
The date the result was approved.
·
Closed Date –
The date the problem report is considered closed or implemented.
·
Submitted –
Indicates the problem report has been submitted. When checked, the only person
that can edit the data is the “Approved by” user. Typically, checked when the
report investigation begins.

Notes – Text
identifying the details of the resolution.
